People Signs, based in southeastern Pennsylvania, is a national company with easy access to major markets and transportation hubs. Owner-President Charles J. Kelly Jr., a third-generation sign professional, brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and a rich family history in signage dating back to the 1930s. Our longstanding team, some with over 25 years at the company, embodies our commitment to knowledge, courtesy, and efficiency.
