The goal of a People Signs wayfinding program is to help people move seamlessly through a facility or campus – whether coming into or leaving work. Well-placed signs follow a natural progression to the desired destination, eliminate confusion and roadblocks, and promote efficiently-directed use of space.
People Signs collaborates with clients, architects, designers, contractors and stakeholders in planning a wayfinding sign project to determine:
• The company culture, branding and environment,
• How the facility or campus is used and by whom
• Worker, vendor and visitor traffic patterns
• Business hours and peak activity
• Entry/exit access and interior pathways
We then:
• Set guidelines and determine an approval process
• Conduct a complete site inspection
• Capture relevant data in a prepared report
• Propose a design solution if one has not been provided
• Develop a budget and timeline
Upon review and acceptance by the designated decision makers we:
• Present samples for sign selection
• Produce signs upon “sign-off”
• Install signs on pre-determined schedule
• Train internal staff on system management
• Bring project to a close with complete reporting and assessment of program.
